East Redcar Residents Association (ERRA)
Matt Storey – the Cleveland Crime and Police Commissioner will talk about
Residents Welcome Ward Priority Update WEST DYKE Residents across the Ward area still highlight Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) as the main concern. Previously we found that youth ASB was concentrated in the area of McDonalds on Thrush Road. However, this primary location has seen a marked decline in reports of ASB. McDonalds continue to have security guards on duty daily; this has contributed to a reduction in the number of ASB related calls we receive. Reports suggest that the ASB is still happening, however it is now more sporadic throughout the Ward area. I continue to monitor our ASB calls in the Ward area on a daily basis & link in with residents who report to us, also we as a team proactively patrol and act on any information, we receive in relation to youths gathering & the potential for ASB. As a team we have worked hard to identify our main ASB causers and utilise ASB intervention techniques such as Anti-Social Behaviour Agreements & Injunctions. | ||
